God

3. made all nations and has a right to rule them (Deut. 26:18–19; Psa. 86:9). 

4. owns all nations (Psa. 82:8). 

5. appointed national times and boundaries (Acts 17:26). 

6. chooses their rulers (Dan. 4:31–32; 5:21). 

7. makes nations rise and fall (Job 12:23; Jer. 18:7–10). 

8. does as He pleases with the nations (Psa. 135:6; Jer. 27:5–7; Dan. 4:35). 

9. guides the nations (Psa. 67:4). 

10. will recompense the nations according to their deeds (Jer. 25:12–14; Hab. 1:6–11). 

11. will cause nations to reap what they sow (Hab. 2:8).
